Jacques Lepage receives Chef of the year award from the Canadian Culinary Federation

Jacques Lepage, executive chef at La Cuisine Jean-Bernard received the Chef of the year award during the Canadian Culinary Federation (CCF) National Conference held in Edmonton on June 1st. The annual award is presented to a chef that best exemplifies the elements of professionalism, dedication to the craft of cooking and commitment to the success of branch work.

A professional chef for close to 50 years now, Jacques has worked and travelled across Canada and France. Everyone at La Cuisine Jean-Bernard is very proud of chef Jacques' accomplishments.

Jacques Lepage is a member of the Canadian Culinary Federation and sits as the Eastern Region Vice-President. The CCF National Conference will be held the Outaouais in 2014.
